Camera Shake Research

Camera Shake in AFter effects

Alt_click position keyframe on comp: Expression = wiggle(6,50)
rotation keyframe on comp: Expression = wiggle(6,50)/25
Effect- Expression Control - Slider Control
delete the 50 and click the squiggle drag to slider
epxression should read wiggle(6, effect("slider Control")("Slider"))/25

Add motionblur :)
